If you’re facing any issues with your PC, the fastest way to get your problem resolved is to call our toll-free number (1800 309 2944) and select option 2 to direct yourself to the Service team. This will get you in touch with our Operations Team directly so they can raise your service ticket for remote troubleshooting.
Our operations team will initially try to resolve the issue through remote access, as that is the quickest way to solve the problem. But if that doesn’t work, things get serious.
A call goes out to our service agents all over India. The nearest available agent will come over to your place within the next 24 hours and resolve the issue at hand.
What Happens if I run into faulty Hardware?
In case we run into faulty hardware, you’ll receive a standby component while the warranty procedure is underway. And did we mention that we handle the RMA process too? Yes, we’re that good!
