Now we’ve all been there – it’s just another day at work, and suddenly your PC has gone POOF! But wait – nothing really changed, the PC has been physically untouched for probably 6 months..

So getting reliable high-quality service is one of the biggest challenges and the only option you have is to deal with the big-name brands who will easily charge you at least 2 times the cost of your actual hardware.And even more – after your 1-year warranty expires.

Because custom PCs literally have 100s of different combinations of CPU, GPU, RAM and so on – so something as simple as a BIOS update can also lead to major issues with your system.

Ok, but let’s talk about how does all this even work? Well, you can check out this video for a detailed explanation on the entire process but here’s a quick summary.
You have a problem, and you reach out to us – preferably on the service number mentioned on the back side of your PC, and instantly you’re connected to our service team – as long as you’re calling at a decent hour.

Now, most of the time – it’s usually a small driver update, RAM or BIOS reset that fixes the issue outright. So our engineers guide you virtually with Remote support and your PC is already back up in an hour or 2 max.
But in very extreme cases – if a hardware failure has happened, our service engineer will be at your place in 24 hours for metro cities and 48 hours for tier 2 & 3.

And after taking the faulty hardware, which takes at least 2-3 weeks to repair from the manufacturer, not only do we handle that entire process, but you’re also provided with a standby component to make sure no matter what happens, your system is back up and running in a day or 2 max.
